Our 5th graders have an incredible educational opportunity this Spring! To make it happen, we need to
raise some money. The PTA kicked in funds, and need to raise the rest – One cupcake at a time!
The Point Bonitas YMCA facility is located in Marin County, and our 5th graders will attend a science
camp from March 9th to March 11th . The camp staff is bilingual! There will be a meeting about this in
the near future with Mr. Chavez, who is very familiar and excited about this program.

What: Lemonade and Bake Sale
How Can I Help With the Bake Sale!!??
• Bring Donated goods (store-bought or homemade) to
your homeroom teacher by 3 pm Friday 13th .
• Volunteer at the Bake Sale (signup sheet here) – any
amount of time helps.
• Donate napkins and paper cups
• Pick up the coffee on Sunday morning
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL GO TOWARD:

Field trip bus

Overnight stipends for teachers

Parents or other staff chaperones

TECA PTA would offer full and partial scholarships to families.
¡Nuestros estudiantes de 5to grado tienen una increíble oportunidad educativa esta primavera! Para
que esto suceda, necesitamos recaudar algo de dinero. La PTA aportó fondos y necesita recaudar el
resto, ¡un pastelito a la vez!
La instalación de Point Bonitas YMCA está ubicada en el condado de Marin, y nuestros alumnos de
5to grado asistirán a un campamento de ciencias del 9 al 11 de marzo. ¡El personal del campamento
es bilingüe! Habrá una reunión sobre esto en el futuro cercano con el Sr. Chávez, quien está muy
familiarizado y entusiasmado con este programa.

¿Cómo puedo ayudar con el Bakesale?
• Lleve los productos donados (comprados en la tienda o hechos en casa) a su maestra antes
de las 3 pm del viernes 13.
• Voluntario en la venta de pasteles (hoja de registro aquí, cualquier cantidad de tiempo ayuda.
• Done servilletas y vasos de papel
• Recoge el café el domingo por la mañana.
TODOS LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ESTE EVENTO IRÁN HACIA:
• Autobús de excursión
• Estipendios para maestros durante la noche
• Padres u otros acompañantes del personal
• TECA PTA ofrecería becas completas y parciales a las familias.
