TECA PTA presents Heroes Around Me Art Contest

Each year hundreds of thousands of students across the country create and submit original works in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts to the National PTA Reflections Art Program.

The 2018-2019 theme "Heroes Around Me" can spark your imagination and creativity in school and at home. Imagine, create and celebrate with Reflections during National Arts & Humanities Month this October.

Open to All TECA students (TK - 8th Grade)

All TECA students in TK - 8th Grade are encouraged to submit original works of art in one or more of these categories:

• Dance Choreography

• Film Production

• Literature

• Musical Composition

• Photography

• Visual Arts

To Enter:

1 Pick up a submission form in the Main Office — and read the details

2 Create your art!

3 Turn in your art submission with completed form to the Main Office

It Takes a Village...

We've all heard the saying "it takes a village to raise a child." The Parent Teacher Association is hard at work to strengthen our village through the continued support of all members of our community.

Whether we are organizing the upcoming Read-a-thon, or spearheading efforts to build an outdoor classroom so our students can learn about science and nature first-hand, we are always looking for volunteers and support.
